The black dial face is studded with 11 sparkling, tiny Wesselton diamonds as well as luminous baton hands (with seconds hand) and a date window at 3 o'clock. It's matched to a stainless steel bracelet band composed of polished S-shaped links.  Happy with Purchase (with a few concerns) January 19, 2010

I purchased this item for my wife for Christmas. First of all, she loves the watch and it is truly an excellent timepiece. It is very versatile. It can be worn as a daily watch and it also goes well with formal gowns. She is extremely happy with the purchase. The price I paid through Amazon.com was excellent.
I only have two concerns with my purchase. I purchased the watch in November. Later I realized that I purchased the watch 1 day prior to the official Amazon.com Christmas season. Items purchased during the Amazon.com Christmas season can be returned through some date in Jan. I called Amazon.com to see if they could allow me the opportunity to fall under that policy if for some reason she was unhappy with the purchase. Amazon.com informed me that would be impossible but I could return the item and repurchase the watch and then it would fall under the policy - I was amazed that they would not allow me to fall under the Christmas policy. Secondly, my wife's watch did not include the standard TAG warranty card nor the TAG authentication card- the warranty card is required if you send the watch to TAG for maintenance or repair. Eventually, when I send the watch to TAG for maintenance I'm pretty certain that i will have to pay the full price without the benefit of the warranty that I should have received. (and hopefully, the confirm my beleif that the watch is authentic.) By the way I know TAG watches should arrive with these items as my TAG (purchased at a jewelry store) has both cards.

Ok, this is my wife's favorite watch, maybe she likes it too much. It was a beautiful watch when it was new.
Unfortunately, the build up of wear and tear after only a few months of daily use is unbelievable. The chrome on the bezel is marred in several places and the accumulation of tiny scratches is alarming. The bezel has come loose and spins freely like a wheel on a game show. The chrome accents on the band are badly scraped.
We own several watches in the same price range and have never dealt with such soft materials (maybe it's made of solid white gold). I know this is not intended to be a rugged piece, but the rapid buildup of damage is unacceptable. Avoid this watch unless you intend to wear it only occasionally.
No problems with the functionality so far, but I'll never buy a Tag again.

I thought the diamonds would be too much but for the price at Amazon, this is a great watch. This was a Christmas gift and my wife loves fact that it is not obvious that watch costs a lot but once you tell somebody it is a tag heuer, then ..... My wife also loves the small size so I lucked out all around. Of course, the no sales tax at amazon is also great.

This is a nice looking watch. Is not beautiful, it is not eye-catching. It offers no high-end functionality (automatic date, operation or even self driven). My wife has been wearing it for 2 months, and she is fed up with the money she spent compared to the lack of notice among her lady-friends, which if you are not getting premium features, is the only reason to buy the name brand. It is a very plain, simple and surprisingly inaccurate watch. Spend your money elsewhere.
