Pros:
The Watch is beautiful with its pink mother of pearl face (mine is light pink) and Swarovski Crystals.
I love having the day of the week and date (i.e. Tues 24). It is easy for me to read.
Added bonus - The watch hands have a little indiglo feature.
I get lots of compliments on this watch.
I have had the watch for 2 months now and it keeps perfect time.
Cons:
Difficult to take out links to make the watch band small enough for my wrist
I can read the time just fine, but wish the hour hand was a little longer

Positive: it works well, looks good, is pretty sturdy and the crystals are small enough to accentuate the watch (rather than inundate the face).
Negative: the face is a lot lighter than it appeared; it's more of an iridescent white than the light pink color
Overall, I really like the watch and I'm glad I purchased it.

Nice watch and the wife loved it except the day/dates is so small and it don't have a magnifyer lense over it. She has great vision and so do I with glasses but still you cannot read either easily...
